Just two metro stops from Termini Station, this comfortable and spacious apartment offers the opportunity to stay in one of the most prestigious districts of the city. A few meters from the Metro/ Tram/ Bus stops you can easily and quickly reach the main historical and cultural sites of the Eternal City.
The apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: recently renovated consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed with orthopedic mattress, three bathrooms and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. We offer Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV in every room and hairdryer in every bathroom. We provide linen, towels and toiletries.
I am Cristiana and with my sons Gianluca and Andrea we started this new adventure in the world of hospitality.

The apartment, adjacent to the historic monumental park of Villa Torlonia, is located in a beautiful neighborhood, elegant and dynamic, equipped with all services, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies.
Well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the presence of Metro B “Policlinico”, two stops from Termini Station, and just 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
The district is characterized by the presence of numerous villas with fine artistic finishes, the University of Studies “La Sapienza”among the oldest in Italy and the world and the splendid Villa Patrizia of the Torlonia family with inside the Casina delle Civette and the Jewish Catacombs.
A couple of km from the beautiful Villa Borghese, the Coppedè district, the famous Via Veneto and much more.

A localização é boa pelo fato de ser próxima à estação de metrô e mercado, a poucos minutos a pé. O apartamento é grande, porém a cozinha é muito pequena, onde 2 pessoas já fica apertado, também não há lava-louças e máquina de lavar roupas. O apartamento é ideal para estadia de 1 ou no máximo 2 dias.

La casa es bellisima! La zona tranquila y cerca del metro. SuperComoda y limpia ademas de linda. Recontra recomendable! Eramos 6 con espacio cada uno muy amolio y 3 baños! Impecable!!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in famiglia, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Eravamo 3 coppie, ciascuna con la propria stanza dotata di bagno. L’appartamento ha spazi ampi, è curato nei minimi dettagli e molto profumato.Disponibilità e cortesia dell’Host. Decisamente da consigliare soprattutto se si è numerosi!Metro a 500 metri top.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siam trovati molto bene nell’appartamento. Facilmente raggiungibile in taxi dalla stazione e super ospitale anche per gli amici a quattro zampe!
